WHO TO CONTACT BETWEEN 6-6.30PM
We would like to inform patients of a change to our service provision during the final 30 minutes of our core operating hours. To ensure that patients continue to have access to appropraite care during this time, the practice will offer alternative arrangements for care between 6.00pm and 6.30pm, by telephone 01642 944229 and from Park Surgery 1st Floor, One Life Medical Centre, Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough TS1 3QY

The practice will be closed on the following Bank holiday's

- Friday 26th December 2025
- Thursday 1st January 2026
Please make sure you have sufficient medication to cover the holiday period.
Extended Access
There are Extended Access appointments for routine care available at the Park Surgery One Life. These are provided by Central Middlesbrough PCN. They are available Monday to Friday 6.30pm till 8.00pm and Saturday 9.00am till 5.00pm, if you would like to book one of these appointments please speak to the receptionists.
You can also book appointments online - however you must first register for this service, please see a member of staff who will provide you with details.
