FACE COVERING UPDATE

Government restrictions will lift on the 19 July 2021.  However, Erimus Practice must consider the safety of all patients.  Therefore, the practice will continue to operate a policy wherby staff, patients and visitors will be required to wear a face covering.

This is to minimise disruption to our service as well as protecting out most vulnerable patients when accessing care.  There is a likelihood that some of these patients may have covid without realising it and may not have been vaccinated.

Locally, covid rates are still on the increase and we do not feel it is safe to relax our safety procedures.

If you are visiting the practice and have no face mask, unless exempt, you will be asked to wear a face covering.  Patients declining to wear a face coverig will be triaged on an individual basis.

We would like to thank you for your cooperation and support

COVID UPDATE

A POP UP Vaccination Clinic will be held in the former GEORGE STORE in the Cleveland Centre on Wednesday 12th January from 10 am till 6 pm for First, Second and Booster Vaccinations

ABUSE OF STAFF

A recent campaign has recently being released by Practice Managers highlighting what our staff have to endure on a daily basis.  Our staff are here to help you, we must ask that you treat our staff with the respect that they deserve.  We would also like to thank those patients who treat our staff with kindness and respect.

New Patient Registration

register_now_blue_signIf you wish to join our practice, please ask the Receptionist for a registration form for each person wishing to register. The form will ask for personal details such as your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, and details of your previous doctor, and your previous address, without this information we cannot process your application. This information helps us to obtain your medical records quickly.

You will need to make an appointment with the practice nurse for a health check.  You are able to register with the practice if your residence is within the practice boundary.  Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
