ABUSE OF STAFF

A recent campaign has recently being released by Practice Managers highlighting what our staff have to endure on a daily basis.  Our staff are here to help you, we must ask that you treat our staff with the respect that they deserve.  We would also like to thank those patients who treat our staff with kindness and respect.

You can contact the surgery on 01642 242746 to order your medication after 10.00 am.

You may otherwise post it with a self-addressed envelope.

All repeat prescriptions are regularly reviewed, so after a period of time the doctor may ask you see you.

Your prescription will be ready for collection in 48 hours (except weekends and Bank Holiday).

Some local pharmacies operate a collection and/or delivery service. Please arrange this with any participating pharmacies yourself.  Prescriptions which are not collected within a month will be destroyed.

Electronic Prescription Service will be available from March 2015.  This service will allow you to nominate a chemist and your prescription will be sent to them electronically, thus saving you collection of the prescription from the surgery.

Did you know you can manage repeat prescriptions from ERIMUS PRACTICE in the NHS App?

You can easily choose where your prescriptions are sent. So, if you know you'll be away from home or you are moving home, you can change your nominated pharmacy from within the app.

You can also order your prescription at any time that suits you. There’s no need to wait to join a telephone queue or wait until the GP surgery opens.

It’s easy to use, and, if you hit a snag, you can go to ‘Help’ in the top right-hand corner of the app or visit nhs.uk/helpmeapp.
